1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Juan Morente Pilot Elementary School Attendance Management System, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Attendance Management System for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Privacy

All student data and attendance records are confidential and protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of this information is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

Accessing accounts or data without authorization
Tampering with attendance records
Sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons
Using the system for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. System Availability

We strive to ensure the system is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The system may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

Juan Morente Pilot Elementary School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the system.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
